Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the following conditions:
- Non-defective products must be returned in brand new, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging and seals intact.
- Defective products may be returned regardless of use, provided the issue is reported within the required timeframe.
Notification Period
You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 3 days of receiving your order.

with:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return (and details of any defect, if applicable)
Returns requested outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.
Return Method & Shipping Costs
- All returns must be made by mail.
- We can provide a returns label on request.
- For non-defective products, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- For defective products, return shipping costs will be covered by Luxury Skincare Brands.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refunds are typically issued within 7 working days from receipt of the returned product.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.

- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
