The Future of Wellness: Luxury Skincare Brands at Positive Luxury’s Inspiring British Beauty Week Event

Earlier this week, founders Misia and Gary Pearce attended The Future of Wellness - a thought-provoking event hosted by Positive Luxury at The Other House, South Kensington as part of British Beauty Week.

The morning brought together some of the most forward-thinking leaders in luxury and sustainability for a morning of networking and discussion on nature-led luxury. The conversation explored how brands are integrating sustainability and nature into their purpose, provenance, and practice, and how these values are shaping the next chapter of the beauty and wellness industry.

The distinguished panel included Irene Forte, Founder of Irene Forte Skincare; Anita Atkins, Director of Sustainability at The Bamford Collection; and Vanessa Goddevring, CEO at 111SKIN. Each shared an inspiring perspective on how their brands are embracing responsible innovation proving that true luxury can be both exquisite and ethical.

For Misia and Gary, the event was a reaffirmation of what Luxury Skincare Brands stands for: integrity, sustainability, and purpose-led beauty.

“Events like this remind us that the future of beauty lies in responsibility—in brands that care as deeply about people and planet as they do about performance,” said Misia.

At Luxury Skincare Brands, we are proud to be part of this movement, representing and distributing natural, sustainable, and eco-conscious skincare brands for professionals across the UK. By carefully selecting brands that are as healthy as they are effective, we empower salons and spas to make cleaner, more sustainable choices, and to offer skincare and treatments that support both wellbeing and planet health.

Our mission continues to be one of purpose: to champion sustainable beauty, to challenge the industry to think harder, and to create meaningful change through every partnership we form.
